SmirnovDesign is a participant of practical conference "Consumer Electronics in Russia: Trade & Manufacturing"

A meeting of business leaders of trading companies, manufacturers and representatives of foreign companies with government bodies, organized by the Vedomosti and Association RATEK took place on November, 23 in Pavlovski hall of the Grand Hotel Marriott.

Among presenters there were a head of Expert Department by the Administration of President of the RF Mr. A. Dvorkovitch, vice-president of “Bank Russian Standard” Mr. G. Gorshkov, president of M.Video Mr. A.Tynkovan, General Manager of Philips Consumer Electronics Mr. D. Strashnov etc. There were representatives of such companies as Sony Overseas, Thomsom, ROLSEN, "Sitronics", "Sokol", "Arsenal", "Golder Electronics", Arima Holding Corp.

In addition to participation in the conference, SmirnovDesign became a participant of the exhibition part of the event which served as a base for exchanging opinions on many relevant for modern industrial design issues, as well as establishing lots of interesting business contacts. It has turned out that many leaders of Russian manufacturers are really interested in more active involvment of design developers in an overall process of Product Developing, the main obstacle to which is a lack of recognition of the benefits of using good Product Design.

Just in order to attract attention of large manufacturers to the large role of Industrial Design in product developing, company SmirnovDesign made a decision to take part in the conference.
